Order The Student Survival Guide Here     Recent Statistics:   In Texas: 5% of students reported having Cartel Family Involvement, 10% of middle and high school students reported having been recruited into sex trafficking.     1 out of every 9 high school students surveyed had some form of exposure to human trafficking. 1 out of every 3 high schoolers were being recruited through potentially false modeling on Facebook (which is a known way for traffickers to recruit young people today!)   Middle school statistics: At least One student in each middle school class surveyed had been approached or had a friend who was approached for domestic minor sex trafficking as young as 12. 1/3 of the trafficking survivors who are coming forward in public schools are boys.     Poems for Ms. Kat written by two middle school students: “Dear Ms. Kat, I really appreciate you coming to my school and tell me some things that I can go and tell people that don’t know about you and trafficking.
