Educating kids on Human Trafficking is not just a history lesson. It is about educating them on what to look for, so they don’t fall prey and become victims.

We also incorporate important truths about the Jewish experience, helping kids to learn about the Holocaust; understanding that Holocaust victims were victims of Labor Trafficking as well.

We want to empower all children to understand their vulnerabilities so they can combat human trafficking in their lives. While doing so, we encourage empathy towards the Jewish people. This is a much-needed education in our day and age.

2022-2023 School Year in Texas

Since the beginning of 2023, we have been able to protect 1,600 students from human trafficking. Thanks to our innovative efforts, we were allowed to come in and teach human trafficking to students using real life experiences and role plays. At one school we went to, there was recruitment happening at the local convenient stores. We were able to intercept that and protect the 1,447 youth at this one school. Follow up letters were sent home to parents warning them about the dangers of huma trafficking! As a result of our work at schools in San Antonio; this school year, schools now have a patrolman available to protect children. Together, we are making a Difference and protecting children from human trafficking!

Through our education to students on human trafficking in Texas, we found that out of 143 middle school students: 10% came forward to disclose that they have been impacted by human trafficking. 5% wanted to talk about their family involvement with cartels. This is 10 years later from our initial assessment in the 2012-2013 school year. That means the problem is getting worse and it is not just in one state!

We want to send a special thanks to the students in Florida who have sponsored the books for the students in Texas to learn more about human trafficking!

2012 – 2013 School Year in Florida

Through our one of a kind outreach into public schools throughout Miami Dade County and Broward County schools we found that children come forward and share their trafficking stories. During the 2012-2013 school year, we spoke to over 300 middle and high school students, out of which came 19 cases of sex trafficking. If this small sample represented the entire amount of middle and high school students enrolled in a school that would indicate that 1.9 Million middle and high school students are potentially being trafficked annually.

That students were asked specific questions to determine if they had been recruited into sex trafficking, as a result of those 300 students polled, 1 in 3 middle schoolers and 1 in 9 high schoolers indicated they were being recruited. If this small sampling were indicative of the larger number of students enrolled in middle and high schools each year, then over 5 Million children are at risk of recruitment into sex trafficking in the US.

Through our outreaches into public schools in other states, we found that children come forward when our human trafficking tools are used to help them identify what they have been through.

Through our outreach efforts to the public school system during human trafficking awareness month in January, FIVE students came forward to disclose cases of recruitment and potential involvement into sex trafficking.

We were Honored by the City of Miami Beach for doing our part, and we thank them for that. However, there is still more to do!

We are now receiving requests to have Stolen in middle and high schools in America!
